Berry Jelly Recipe

Berry Jelly Recipe:

Ingredients:

500 g of fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
Juice of one lemon
1 pack of gelatin (about 10 g)

Instructions:

Rinse the berries and remove all stems. If the berries are large, cut them into smaller pieces.

In a saucepan, mix sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Put the berries in the syrup and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook over low heat until the berries are soft.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the berries. This will give the jelly a fresh taste.

Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of cold water and let it swell a little.

Mix the swollen gelatin in the berry mass until completely dissolved.

Pour the mass into jelly molds or serving glasses.

Put the molds in the refrigerator and let the jelly completely freeze. It usually takes a few hours.

When the jelly hardens, serve it, if desired, garnished with fresh berries or mint.

This berry dessert has a fresh taste and aroma, and it is easy to prepare even for those who are just starting to get acquainted with cooking.
